I adhere to the rule: in the morning any food, at lunch and in the evening, everything except carbohydrates. A lot of water during the day and do not overeat))) This allows you to keep the weight and not to gain it. If you need to lose a little weight - exclude carbohydrates for a couple of days in general for all days (for example, after holidays and gluttony))))
