I guess every compound has that one neighbour that adopts the division strategy and these people are usually loud and always want to play the victim. I had a neighbour like that who was always ambushing me on my way to work to tell me trash on compound issues. Funny how during compound gathering and I raise the issue she suddenly goes mute. When I saw her for the snake that she is, I cancelled her and made her my sworn enemy till she moved out of the compound.
