His actions appear to be less controlled, or maybe they are a carefully constructed masterpiece designed to distract the public. He can slip things past like extending war in Syria, Yemen, and trying to start one in Venezuela while distracting the public with phrases like "lock her up" and "grab her by the pussycat."
