Thanks so much @jamethiel!! It is a great program and I'm lucky to have some great neighbors who participate also in it. I'm happy to hear that the colonies in your area are getting taken care of in that respect also. One neighbor here though hates cats but the cats really help and earn their keep by keeping rats, mice and other undesirables away. He has lightened up some since that was explained to him and that the county was helping to curb the population issue.
