I think moderation in everything is good. There was a recent study that showed that you can't get enough fibre from a diet that excludes carbs and that increases risk of a heart attack. Personally I love carbs, I'd rather give up other things (or increase exercise) than give up my oats in the morning. You are on the fermented grape juice diet now, right? ;)

hahahaha I TOTALLY hear you on that one!!! I am a complete carb freak! and yes, ALWAYS on the fermented grape juice diet lol!!!!!
