You might want to look at your live-stream analytics. 50% of people on twitter (at least) turn those off and as far as I know they do not get good traction out there. If they are longer than about 20 seconds, you will mostly get nothing.
I think with your success on dtube, you would be better off posting vidoes there and sharing to twitter. In any case, make sure you have a link to something steem in your tweet.
Here is my recent engagement on twitter.
You can easily see when people started tagging me in pushup videos. My engagement fell off a cliff when I went all in for steem almost 2 years ago on twitter. I used to be around 4%.
Now we have big network of people ONLY having steem connections, ONLY liking tweets. Not much replying or Rting. And at least 80% are not linking to anything in any tweet. "Link Clicks" are the most important twitter analytic. If you have no link - no one can click it.
