I simply don't have room in freezers for all my seeds. But I did have room in the second fridge, set at 37F, and that's where I kept them, in sealed ziplocks. They go there as soon as they arrive, and have biology added to them.

Some seeds like to be cold, but others aren't happy about being frozen... Perhaps the Vault succeeds because they are vacuum sealed...
