Yup, some people like glass more, like me and probably you, and some don't care but they buy their alcohol in it and pay the deposit to get high ;) A fee for plastic production and use is one way, but I don't much support the idea, although it seems like nothing else will get people to do anything about it through their own cognizance to remedy the situation...
