Yes, I have already asked about this, but there is no certainty. I think this is because it affects other accounts that are suspected and related to our account (vote, commenting, etc).
Thats true @michealab. A few people I know has told me that, I just know there is another bot to detect plagiarsm and abuse except cheetah. I just imagine, how people works if then the war of bot make themselves only true eacother.
