Are those old v-twin engines heavy?

I like to drive a honda rebel 250cc just because it's so light. I don't get how people can drive things like a fatboy. But that's more for highway use anyway because for making corners those things suck.

I'm used to driving dirtbikes since i was a child that's probably why. And i'm just a small boy.
