It's simple. You go and abuse bidbots buying votes for yourself from these services. These services have trails of mostly empty accounts that follow with upvotes. So you can get hundreds of upvotes for such low quality, copypasta, trash spam posts just like those posted by this account bogybagus9.
Yeah I have seen a couple of profiles like this but they are expensive for a new user. And they usually promise votes from 25-50 accounts but only deliver half of them. And usually are very low value votes from garbage accounts.
