Why aluminum? It was not available in medieval times. Why not steel or even just iron?

        True, but i had to work with what I have ^^ Iron's melting temperature is 1500+ °C while aluminium has 600+ °C which i can melt with simple fire and a hair dryer. I wish I had well equipped workshop to do this project purely medieval style.
