looks great!ive never seen banana blossoms before, although there is a thai restaurant in my city called banana blossom...although i dont think they cook with them.

i always ask about the fish sauce at unfamiliar southeast asian restaurants because i know they like sneak it in there😖😖😖we have a good cambodian restaurant in Cleveland, too
