This preparation seems delicious to me. In Venezuela we know taro by yam, that's the name we give it, and we use it in soups, we eat it boiled with cheese, we also make sweets and meringues with it. I really liked this preparation. And as always, you do a very detailed explanation of each process of the recipe, in addition to telling us about it. Excellent work. Greetings.


Esta preparación me parece deliciosa. En Venezuela conocemos al taro por ñame, ese es el nombre que le damos, y lo utilizamos en sopas, lo comemos hervido con queso, también hacemos dulces y merengadas con él. Me gustó mucho esta preparación. Y como siempre haces una explicación muy detallada de cada proceso de la receta, además de que nos hablas respecto a ella. Excelente trabajo. Saludos.
