Interesting! I was very inspired to start changing my sleep schedule a bit after my finding out I'm a Wolf, since I do believe I can maybe feel awake a bit quicker after waking up for example. I might start using this app indeed to gain some insights.
Eh, the Dolphin is the one Chronotype most often found in the Sleep Centers for help, it's not the easiest of the four of them. What I very much like is how possibly finding a schedule could help make your type work for you instead of against you - like me always starting to work after waking up while instead I should go for a walk and have a late breakfast so my brain is getting out of its 'fuzzy' state a little bit quicker :-)
Glad my post set something in motion in another Steemian - that's why we write about our experiences! I hope you find a schedule and sleep mode that works for you (but that's probably easier if you know how your life will look like. I have no idea what I would do in your situation right now.
