Today all Moscow streets are full of them.
Tomorrow the whole Russia will be under the mass psycho syndrom called "delation".
Are we people, citizens, "brothers" in some sense or just CPS servants and enemies for each other?!
THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL PROTECTION OF MOSCOW HAS ACTIVATED THE "TELEPHONE OF CONFIDENCE" for people who have any information about kids in danger.
Danger! Wha does it mean? Nobody knows!
Even the law doesn't have the definire explanation which situations can be called "dangerous" for kids' health.
Nevertheless, the argument "danger" still works fine in the most cases of taking kids away by the CPS!
Not long ago there was a loud scandal about the girl who had been locked by her crazy mother in the flat without any food for some days.
The girl was found and taken away. The mother was really mentally sick.
This very case has become background for this mass hysteria with the denunciations.
Ok, there are cases where intervention is really needed, but the problem is that this argument will be used in all cases as ideal "cover" for all illegal deeds and outrage of the CPS!

Specialists will work on the received signal according to an individual response and support program. Social workers will find out what kind of help the family needs: emergency, social, psychological, legal, medical, material or other.
The main task of the social service in Moscow is to save the family, help it in a difficult situation and eliminate the reasons for which the child may be in danger.
PAY ATTENTION: no words about the further actions and the possibility of taking kids away! (even not possibility - guarantee!)
People are disinformed: they are not explained what effects their call will have, they are just forced to call in any doubtful situation and "help".
Thsi call is just help, nothing bad will happen, it's salvation!
And our people will believe.
They aren't aware of the real situation with the CPS. The stories and scandals appear in the TV veeery seldom, only very loud cases, though the real number of them is just huge!
Internet is full of such stories but they all are kept in sites and communities in social webs which are not in the list of everyday views of ordinary citizens. Somebody doesn't know the truth, other don't want to know it...
