Looks like a took that trip right on time. they just halted the "Go to Travel from Dec 28 to Jan 11" basically when everyone is on holiday and it will be reviewed on the 11th if it should be continued.
What a bummer, but really lucky you took advantage of it while you could.
Just today we also got a statement from the government, that the lockdown period will be extended by starting at 21:00h. instead of 23:00h.
Not that I would go out partying all night though, but I did want to go out for a bit and get to see my friends. The maximum people allowed in a space has also gotten down to twenty from thirty.
Anyhow, I'll just have more time for books and series I guess; trying to see the bright side in all this 😅
