I've lost a little over 70 pounds since October doing intermittent fasting and keto. I love the food on keto, and the weight seems to just melt off. I plan on taking a break for a few days at easter, then I'm going hardcore again till memorial day. My goal is to get below 200 pounds.

I'm 6'2", quit smoking a few years back and packed on a bunch of weight. I woke up one morning and seen a fat old guy looking back at me in the mirror. I was 315 lbs and decided something had to be done. I researched intermittent fasting and ketogenic diet. Tried it, got results and never looked back. It can be a bit of a pain, and I'm really looking forward to going back to a more normal way of eating. I miss fruits & bread! I figure after memorial day, I'm just going to try and eat healthy and see if I can maintain my weight loss. I will admit, that I actually enjoy fasting though, and will try and keep that as part of my regular lifestyle.
