Oh, there is an upgraded version (annual fee) that my wife uses because she likes to plan out her meals a day or two in advance, but I use the free version and just track what I eat. It tells me throughout the day how many calories I still have available for that day. As I have learned about how many calories are in each thing I eat, I know what I can and can't eat when I get close to the end of the day.
