All week you have been in my corner (and it’s been such a tough week for me!) so I appreciate that my friend!

Thank you for each thoughtful comment you made this week! I read and thought about every word and they all matter! (Every communicated word.)

I’ve been thinking about all the transactional conversations (on and off line) that I’ve been in this week... And you know what... Your comments are proof that this is real connection.

You (and others) who take the time to read my posts and comment are positioned on the opposite side of the communication spectrum. (Far away from being transactional in nature... even though we are making use of the Steem Blockchain.)

More meaningful engagement and communication is what builds a solid and healthy community. It’s all about genuine and authentic connection. That’s the point of communication! Community! It’s what adds value to the world and this network we call The Steem Blockchain. And it’s what I value most!

That’s why I started the #HighFiveFriday initiative. Because I believe that this is what makes everything happening here on Steem REAL and WORTHWHILE!
