Here's another recipe for a healthy veggie meal that kids will surely love. Bean sprouts are not just nutritious, they're also cheap. You could just put your mung beans in a jar, add some water, wait 3-4 days for them to sprout. Or you can buy them already sprouted. I usually would buy a bag of mung beans and set some aside for sprouting. So if I serve a mung bean meal this week, it's almost automatic that there will be a bean sprout dish a couple days later.

It's really quick and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
Chicken breast fillet (ground or diced, totally up to you.) You may also use pork or fish
Tofu
Green beans/Baguio beans
Carrots
Garlic
Onion
About 1/4- 1/2 cup of water
Procedures
You'd want to fry the tpfu first until they're golden brown. Cut them into big squares before throwing them into a hot pan with oil. Once they're fried, cut them into cubes.

You may also cut them into cubes first before frying them, whichever way you like, completely up to you. Set these aside.
On a different pan, heat oil and sautee onions then garlic. Add in the meat. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. You may also use fish sauce to add flavor to your meat but don't overdo it. Too much fish sauce is not good for your health - that's what my mother always says.
You may now add in the carrots. Mix them well in the pan then add the green beans. You may now add the bean sprouts. Add some water. Cover and simmer for a few minutes.
Lastly, add the fried tofu and mix well.

Best served hot. Goes well with steamed rice. I assure you the kids will surely eat every last bit of veggies on their plate.
Especially when you promise them there's a dessert waiting in the fridge. Works everytime. 😉
Eat well!
