Hello Hive Open Mic family!!!
It's me here again and I'm excited as always to join in on the theme for the week. I bet every person needs to hear the word of this theme "Be Okay" as it shows care from whoever is saying it to you and it's a good wish. Everyone wants to be okay in different ways and this theme has brought a lot of songs to show that.
I have also thought out a cover of song that I think will promote the theme more too. So thanks to @maryjacy for this beautiful theme, I had fun deciding a song for it.

I didn't think much before I concluded to join the theme of this week "Be Okay" with a song that has been in my music playlist for a very long time now "Space Between" sang by Dove Cameron and Sofia Carson. The song has so much connection with the theme as it reflects on what anyone would need to keep pushing... Be wished well.
It's a song from one of my favourite Disney movie "Descendants" and I've loved this song since I listened to it in the movie. The song was sang by the two main female characters who starred as best friends but circumstances made them choose to go their separate ways with no possibilities of getting back together so they sang this song together.
From the song lyrics, you would tell that they both wish each other well anywhere they go without each other but hope to connect with each other at heart (the space between). I find the song very emotional and resonates so well with me. It's a duet song so I tried my best to add that vibe to the song with a background voice and I really do hope I didn't spoil the main song instead 😅
I hope you enjoy listening to the song and most especially the lyrics which got me smiling all through the time I was singing... How amazing it is to have someone who even though are far away will be there for you no matter what, in the space between.
