Goodday to you all on the this beautiful platform, I hope our day is going as planned?. This is another beautiful week of participation in this platform and with joy in my heart, I'd be doing the cover of a song titled "Opportunity" by Sia.
The first time I heard the song was in a movie titled "Annie" which I saw in the year 2018, eventhough the movie was released in the year 2014. I was thrilled at show the little girl Annie sang beautifully well in the movie and how she never gave up on her dreams of finding her parents. At a point, she was being used a political bait for the man campaigning for the post of the Mayor of New York in the movie.
Sia Furler is a 47 years old female song writer and singer. She's an Australian and was born and raised in Adelaide. Sia is known far and wide for her beautiful songs and unmatched lyrics. She's so gifted in composing and singing songs. The dexterity in her voice is second to none. She's also a record producer and music video director.
Her song in the movie Annie was one of the major reasons why I loved and still love the movie. I couldn't even bring myself to deleting the movie on my laptop for a very long time 😁.
