The morning began with a relatively calm atmosphere, the air still cool and the sky clear and cloudless. I used the morning to continue sewing the peci (traditional Islamic hat) I had ordered a few days ago. This peci would be used for religious services, so I tried to sew it neatly and meticulously to ensure optimal results.
I carefully examined each stitch, ensuring the thread didn't stray and that it fit snugly on my head. This activity lasted quite a while, until midday, and although it felt tiring, there was a certain satisfaction in seeing the work slowly coming together.
After a short break and lunch, I prepared to continue working in the afternoon. The afternoon weather was quite hot, but the breeze around the rice fields helped cool the atmosphere. I began mixing a mixture of urea and NPK Poska fertilizer in a large container, mixing them in the appropriate proportions for the rice plants.
Once thoroughly mixed, I spread the fertilizer evenly across the rice fields. Every step felt meaningful, as this fertilizer would ultimately help the rice grow greener and more fertile.
As I spread the fertilizer, I noticed the rice fields beginning to become covered in a light green a sign that the plants were starting to grow well. The afternoon sun slowly set, making the rice fields look beautiful and peaceful. After finishing my work, I washed my hands in the flowing water and briefly enjoyed the sunset reflecting off the water's surface.
The day felt productive, starting with the tranquility of sewing and ending with the meaningful activity of working in the fields.
