So, for this week's entry, I will be doing a cover of the song "Am I still that special Man" by our very known artist "Psquare". It's one of his song which I like so much and it was produced way back 2007 and even with that it's still as fresh as ever.
What's my inspiration for choosing this song? LOVE wait, did I just say Love? Oh, yeah, I mean Love 😄. There's no two ways about it and without mincing words, Love is indeed a beautiful thing especially with the right person. There's just something about psquare's song which usually strikes me which I can't really tell. His songs mends my soul, it relates to real life situations, it encourages one another and so on. I've liked his songs from Day one and that's why I can sing most of his songs.
This particular one here has to do with his lover and at some point, I think the guy was having doubts about the relationship and he had to ask if He is still that special Man wey the girl loved so much. That usually happens when you're so in love with someone that you cherish, adore and care so much about.
No matter what happens, you wouldn't want to miss that person for any reason and so at some point when things are not going the way it should somehow doubts start coming in and then you'll ask questions and all. But in all of that, the good is staying true to each other and trying to make what you both share work, it won't always be easy, temptations, problems and the cares of life will always showcase and all of those things will only make you two stay strong if truly you both were genuine.
