Stuff like that would defo be an issue for me. Shanti has a lot of freedom and the DJ never tried 'training' her. She is very much an equal in the household and she is a delight to go on walks with - responds very well, doesn't wander far (unless chasing deer :). Training I think (apart from raising 'awareness' of dangers) is for the benefit of humans. When I hear complements given to humans about their dogs on how 'well-trained' they are, it feels uncomfortable, as if something has been extracted from the dog in the process. I'm not knocking it, folk will do what they see as necessary, but confining a puppy to even this would be an issue for me. I often shudder to think of how much human shit pets/animals in general have to put up with.

The MSH setup is different and I do not apply this to you. It's nice that you often know whom the bunnies are going to, that's how I'd wanna do it 🔆
