Thank you so much @carolynstahl, fenugreek seeds are the bee's knees. A little bit bitter with a hint of maple syrup. You can also boil them to make a simple tea, a drink which many cultures use to treat menstrual cramps. It definitely interacts with the female reproductive system, as I've also read to much fenugreek seeds could cause a miscarriage. !ENGAGE 15
