Estos sabores para mí son extraños, pero no por ello menos interesantes. Veo que utilizas la papaya no del todo madura. No he probado la pasta de camarones vegana, debe ser interesante su sabor. No conocía la galanga, supongo que es famillia del gengibre, ¿su sabor es similar? Tu plato ha quedado muy bello, cortaste la papaya de forma muy bonita y está genial la idea de servirla en hojas de plátano. Como siempre, tu post es muy instructivo y tiene bellas fotos.
