I had to Google what bean curd skin was. I knew it as tofu (skin).
Really looks like a nice blend of flavors: the fresh cucumber and the tofu and other ingredients.

Yes it’s right! Normally I stir-fry cucumber with fresh tofu but I want to change something with new things. The people in my country like stir-fry cucumber with meats. Thank you. !ENGAGE 20

I don't know if I've ever eaten stir fried cucumber though... Here we mainly use it as garnish or as a snack (with or without vinegar) or in salads.
