It is good to see outside is still happening. Would love to go to alive concert. Seems the ones here are either major events or underground.

Kebabs have become quite popular herein the past couple years, it is alike a Turkish Kebab Mafia keeps deploying new family members.

It was good to go to something and as a relatively small arena in a small town, lots of people knew each other, so there was lots of catching up and a real party air. People were pleased to be out, with other people and enjoying themselves.
Although I was pleased to be there and enjoyed dancing, left to my own devices, I would have gone later and missed the support acts.
I also like smaller, more intimate venues and have done for years, I guess this is why I have drifted more towards jazz. I enjoy seeing the musicians playing, especially drummers and brass and wInd instruments. I like watching street musicians for the same reason.

Kebabs, they always seem like a good idea when you've had too much to drink! They certainly fill that greasy, salty spot. It was actually a very nice kebab, tasty and with lots of salad, but you need to drink a lot of water with them.
Funny that they are expanding to Japan, another 30 years (if we are still here and haven't burned the planet to a crisp) and Japan will have the life expectancy of Glasgow.

That sounds like Jamaican style, though even the supporting acts would start late 😄

I enjoy being backstage and seeing all taking place from that angle. For some reason even as a teen I would find my way backstage to see how things were set up and people would think I was part of the team and ask where someone was " Where is geefus" > " There he is"😄

Here in Japan I have been backstage a lot and talked and drank with the guest artistes. I once had this famous DJ from Jamaica outside the club hanging out and drinking like he was a local as we were talking backstage and went for some fresh air and chill on the corner Jamaican style. The promoter had to laugh and tell him to be less seen.

Not to mention Costco the food giant is expanding fast here. many Japanese love the "American Food"
