Hey hive open mic community, it's week #171 of the community and I am glad I have ready this presentation which is in line with the theme of this week which is divorce/separation chosen by the spot light artist of this week @merit.ahama.
This song brought up a lot of memories as I had to relive the moment in which I knew the song, u shared this sing with some of my friends to listen to as I felt very emotional while listening to the song again.
The song is about the separation of two sisters who are twins , the eldest twin dies after a brief sickness leaving the other, so the second twin sings this song as a tribute to her just a few days after her death. The song is filled with sorrow and grief but also hope, as the singer reflects on the beautiful memories they shared. She is determined to carry on in her sister's memory and never forget her.
I actually cried a lot while learning the lyrics of this song. She believes that her sister will always be with her in spirit. The song serves as a reminder of her sister's legacy, and to never give up on her dreams. It serves as a source of inspiration and strength to keep going. This song is titled "Reflection"
