Hive is still in its early stages, along with the whole of cryptocurrency. And with each bull run, we get closer to the mainstream. Or at least, the new mainstream, which will probably look very different from what we think of it now. For example, the mainstream form of long-range communication before the internet was sending physical mail. Now that's totally different.
But what would really happen in a future where Hive plays a central mainstream role? What would it possibly look like? Set your speeds to 88 MPH, because we're about to take a wild ride into the future. In this future reality, Elon Musk (probably), or any other popular tech figure head, has become the coordinator of the world. But not really, he's merely a representative, chosen by our new AI overlords, the real rulers. The robots have taken over physical labor for the most part, and the Hive blockchain has become the backbone of our digital existence.
In this brave new world, Hive has revolutionized the way we interact with each other and with the world around us. Imagine a world where your social media posts actually earn you money, where your thoughts and opinions are valued as much as your bank account. A world where people are rewarded for their creativity, their uniqueness, and their contributions to the community. You earn credits to live your life by basically just existing online. Something we're already doing, to a certain extent.
Alongside puppet leader Elon, some of... no, most of the early adopters of crypto and especially Hive have become the ultimate influencers, using their power to shape the course of human history.
But what about the rest of humanity? How does everyone fit into this brave new world? Hive probably also has this covered. With its decentralized, community-driven model, Hive gives power back to the people. No longer will we be at the mercy of big corporations or greedy politicians. We will have the power to shape our own destinies, to build a better world for ourselves and future generations. Sure, the early adopters will have more influence than most, but the hope here is that there will be enough of those to keep check of one another.
Of course, there will be challenges along the way. There will be those who try to resist change, who cling to outdated ideas and ways of doing things. As is almost always the case. Societies form around different ideologies, separated from the rest, but tensions are managed. As I'm writing this, I realize this is not really different from the current state of the world. I guess that's just the way things work with human nature, which is a good thing.
Whatever the future may hold, we have choices to make. Will we resist or embrace this possible new world with open arms and open minds. Will we join forces with our new AI overlords and work together to build the future, or will we start stocking up the artillery room.
