I think music isn't just about the beat but also the messages it conveys has a way of speaking through our situations at every moment.
It was a day I had always wanted in Ages,A friend of mine that I have wanted to meet for a long time just called to tell me that she wants to come to my place for night prep. We got to see and we poured out all of heart as if we haven't seen for centuries because a minute with her worths Millions of memories.

Series of gist was just sprouting up and one conversation led to another till we got to a point where she shared a touching story with me. I looked for a good music to tell the story but I found none other than Safe inside by James Arthur.
Safe inside is a song by James Arthur,a British singer,Song-writer which was released back in the edge and it became a fast rising song because of it's emotional and soul connecting lyrics.
It tells much about parental love care and protection over their children which at some point might be ceased or cut short by unforseen certainties.
He used a gentle and melodious voice to deliver or send his message across perfectly and this makes it a masterpiece to everyone that enjoys an emotional connected songs.
This brings me to the story my friend shared with me.its literally not easy on any parent to be separated from their children on any cause. We talked on one of our friends that gave birth since our secondary school which her son of about five years was taken from her by the guy that impregnated her back then few days to Xmas and this resolved her into being a drug addict.
I felt so bad for her and what made me shed tears is how she told me the girl was complaining that all her friends abandoned her including me. It hasn't been easy for all man but it still doesn't hold any excuse on why I haven't checked on her
Just like Ayra Starr the celestial being said on one of her songs"People" that she got addicted to alcohol, Went through hard times,eyes turned red and no one noticed just because she wasn't being checked upon.
In the world where we all are struggling for existence,it's paramount that we steal our little time to check on our loved ones although some might abuse it. Little things can actually cause a drastic change. I knew that in the case of this our friend ,if she was surrounded by people that give her comfort she might have not endangered herself to the point of getting addicted to drugs.
The lyrics ask deep questions like “Are you safe inside?” which shows concern for someone who may be struggling. The music is calm and simple, allowing the words to stand out. The combination of piano and soft background music creates a comforting atmosphere.
In conclusion,This sad story I heard this night coupled with similar stories seen on social media handles actually tells much about how caring for our loved ones and making sure they are safe should be made our business. And I hope this little piece will have a soul it speaks to.
