I welcome you all to Afritunes Week 67.
I had a song in mind that I planned to sing until I checked the community's suggestions. Since it's a song I know, I decided to go for it.
In this video, I didn't use Audacity software to edit the audio. I tried something different. What I used was a musical app known as Bandlab.
Somehow, I prefer this to Audacity because it has a different vocal effect. I feel that Bandlab can do a lot.
I am still getting used to it, so I don't really know much about it yet; I am just exploring.
If you noticed, I couldn't engage with other amazing hivers here in the community last week. That's due to a lot of reasons, starting with power outages, feeling emotionally down, physically and mentally stressed out, and so on.
Even though I felt this way and experienced all these things, I knew I still had to publish something meaningful. The reason for this is that man must survive.
The days of sleeping, waking, eating, and waiting for someone to pay our bills and put food on the table are long gone.
The Bible says to wake up from sleep or slumber before poverty knocks at the door, so do not try to do something like that.
It is very common for us to experience moments when we feel so tired that even things we love to do become boring to us. I have experienced this a number of times and have had to ask myself, Am I depressed? In what way does depression differ from other forms of mental illness?
In my experience, getting closer to God and giving yourself completely to him is one of the best ways to relax and not worry about things that make you feel depressed or unmotivated.
Thanks for taking the time to read this post. I hope you enjoy listening to my rendition.
