I want tell a story of my life here. Once upon in time I used to be called a church boy. This is because I was always going to the church. It was to the extent that if you visit my house and I am joy at home, then just know that the next place you will find me is the church. Well, I enjoyed being Called church boy because despite say i dey do bad thing nobody suspect me, lolz (na joke o). End of story 😏 see @ksam as e dey wait to hear another line, u too like story oga, lolz.
In my entire life, in all sincerity, I have not encountered a more comfortable place than being in the church. I always feel very relaxed each time I am there. Those days I used to even go to the church to study when I don't feel like staying at home. I guess the reason is because of the presence of God therein. There is this special serenity that exist in the church premises. It is heavenly (eventhough I never go heaven before, lol).
Ruminating over this thought, I decided to do a cover of the song by Nathaniel Bassey "There is a place". This is a song that describes a longing to dwell in the presence of God. All the while I have been talking about church but not only in the church that we have the presence of God. God is everywhere but He is specially present in the church and that is why there is a special feeling there.
I sing this song to express my longing for God always. Indeed, nothing sweet like being I union with God (Na experience I dey use talk so. Those wey know know).
