Music is often considered a universal language because it can convey emotions, ideas, and cultural values without the need for words. Music has a unique ability to connect people from different backgrounds and cultures, and to communicate across language barriers.

Music is the universal language that everyone speaks. Even if one can't understand the lyrics, one could feel the rhythm and hear the melody to understand the message the artist is trying to convey. French songs are very useful when one is learning the French language.

I recently read this interesting article which discusses how music affects our mood, namely its ability to lift our mood. Since our mood impacts the way we view situations in life I would say that it does have the ability to influence the way we think about things. I know for myself that music can instantly change how I feel, it can speak and calm me or lift my mood depending on what music I'm listening to.

I feel that music can also be used as a medium to learn a language. Most of the few words I know in Yoruba today and their meaning I got to learn those vocabularies from songs and they worked! My pronunciation improved drastically.

languages became my passion and I’m currently focusing on learning Spanish via music. This is one of the situations, where I’d say that Music plays a universal role everywhere.

Also music plays a major role in sharing messages and making oneself feel connected to the lyrics. There are different genres and each one has it’s uniqueness. Each song, has a message . Music, only only acts as a universal language, but also helps in improving memory and retrieve nostalgic experiences. A few songs just make me feel like I’m still a kid and it teleports me mentally (It’s impossible physically!!). It also helps to bring in positive mood and makes things easier when you’re having a rough time relaxing.

Music has a powerful effect on our brain, and music with a more harmonious or relaxing frequency makes us feel very good. In this regard, there is a well known theory

Music's universal language transcends borders, cultures, and languages, it connect people worldwide. How it affect emotions both negative and positive, it rhythmic beats, and melodic harmonies carries messages, affect memories, and influence our moods. As a powerful tool for language learning, mood enhancement, and nostalgia, music's impact is undeniable. Whether calming, uplifting, or inspiring, music's harmony resonates within us, making it an integral part of human experience.
