This morning I started my day with a delicious cup of hot coffee, enjoying the fresh morning breeze before the sun began to rise. Afterward, as usual, I continued my routine of sewing a peci (traditional prayer cap) for religious purposes. The sound of the sewing machine, combined with the lingering aroma of coffee on the table, became my constant companions until midday.
As midday approached, I prepared to deliver bread to my favorite shops around Lhokseumawe. The city streets felt busier than usual, perhaps because many residents were out and about. The weather was quite hot today, with the sun's rays stinging my skin, making the journey somewhat tiring. At several points, I was also stuck in traffic, especially in heavily trafficked areas. Nevertheless, I remained grateful that I managed to deliver all the orders successfully, and the customers seemed happy.
In the afternoon, after all my errands were finished, I took a moment to rest. Exhaustion from a long day's work led me to a long sleep. When I woke up, it was almost sunset. The evening air felt cooler and calmer, providing a sense of peace after a long and tiring day.
