Anytime i see my friend post @jesuslnrs checking his video and seeing different performance in concert, I am always anxious to also be in that type of gathering and all my hope is that i will be part of it one day, so this past weekend, we have been invited to a concert and also a big competition organised by some set of music guru and even though we are still student we accepted the letter and decided to attend, the choir invited for the competition and musical concert were over 30 which was going to be a very long night as we were given a certain theme to compose on and also make a nice music.

During the performance I was on the piano
We arrived the venue with our bus that convey us to the place and we were early to get to the place since it was a competition and to abide by all rules that has been laid down, all the rules were announced once again at the venue when all the choir are on seat and each choir coordinator were called out to pick paper in which any number they meet there will be the number when they will be performing and for me i have been praying inside of me so we won't be the first choir to perform and luckily for us we were the 4th choir to perform.
Before we went on stage some of us were already afraid and i have to encourage them not to be scared of crowd and be able to concentrate, we watched the first three choir perform and we were able to pick something for our own performance, a lot of choir with musical guru were present and at some point i was scared we might actually come out last but i put up the courage and also encourage others to put in their best and do it as if their life depends on it.
It was our turn to perform and we started with the classical part which i believed we did well but along the line the keyboard went off but my choir still maintain their stand as if nothing happened, they continued without the keyboard till it came on again and i continued playing, we rendered the sing song also and after all that we went back to the place where all other choir were seated and watch till all the choir performed. It's time for the announcing of result and i didn't even put any hope because of the top choir that was present but shockingly they started with the third position and the name of my choir was mentioned. It was a very big shock for me out of 30 choir and we came third.
It shows the beginning of betterment for me and all the choir at large. I never expected it but we didn't perform in fear even though there was before we started and we did great afterward. Cash prize was given to the choir that came first, second and third position. Joy on the face after the end of the program till we got back to our destination.
