The theme of this week is trusting the process and for the week, I decided to sing a song titled rise up by Andra day.
The reason is that when I thought about the theme of this week, I immediately wanted to focus on the idea of the process.
The truth is that trusting the process doesn't make the process easy, in fact, most times it is even harder; we might feel like nothing is working, we might also fall but, trusting the process means rising up regardless of it.
It means knowing that eventually you are going to get to your destination and that thought makes you rise and strive.

La razón es que cuando pensé en el tema de esta semana, inmediatamente quise centrarme en la idea del proceso.
