They were looking as if the fault all comes from me, and that was something that got me annoyed at the staff room.
The other day I talked with the team one and one, and offered my piece of advise.
what gone wrong was that none of them seems to accept with me, it was quite unfortunate as they look down on my idea, that was why I withdrew from the discussions, and i was shy at the staff room, because it occurred as if I was not a staff in the company, but like I was someone who come in the place without invitation, and start by interrupt with the activities.
I backed off and I better watch them narrate how we should navigate. Yet, something still let me to understand that, since they don’t accept or want to at least accept my idea even when the agenda concerns me as well.
If their own idea gone wrong, I am not going to be a part of a broken system. And just as I have decided, it didn’t came out fine, I have to talk to the board, after all other scheme has failed, and they had to revise on my idea.
I was in the canteen with my colleague, Later on the next day, the idea got a follow up, and issues that the company was facing for almost a month was beginning to roll off, I got the promotion, and it was unbelievable, because I didn’t expect it.
But it was said that, I deserve it, since my idea has erected a broken system.
