More training sessions today. Second working day of the week. All's well here. Woke up early to do a bit of exercise. Most of the people I knew a while back are all muscular now. They look like athletes or fitness trainers. I don't want to be either of those two but I'm interested in looking a bit better. Maybe with a bit of muscles. Jogging a bit now and maybe will add some push-ups along the line. Don't have any tools or equipments so will have to use my own bodyweight in all the workouts. Hoping I don't give up before I get any real results.
