Here we are again, celebrating Afican music in the Afritunes community. We are proud of the diversity of African music and all its different genres, rhythms, and styles. We appreciate the hard work of the African musicians who have enriched our musical culture with their unique sounds. Let's keep celebrating African music together!
I hope you have all been doing well. Let's continue to join together and appreciate the amazing African music that brings us all joy and comfort.
My song of the week is Celestial, a song by Frank Edward featuring Victor Ike I know we all know this song. The song is one of Frank Edward's old songs. Gospel music remains evergreen. It is a beautiful, soul-lifting song that will bring joy to anyone who listens.
This song, as I said in my video, cannot be covered easily. The song's words are inspiring and uplifting. It is an ideal song to listen to on a Sunday morning to start the day with a positive attitude.
In the music video, they sang most parts in another language, called speaking in tongues.
It's very simple and spirit-filled.
When editing the video I decided to incorporate the original version. I extracted the vocals alone without the instrumentals using the moises.ai app, even though I tried the song and the part where they sang in tongues.
Well, I can't say it is perfect, hehe.
One of the things I hope to work on and improve is my video editing skills and my vocals.
Each day, I think about ways to improve, not just because I want others to appreciate what I do, but because I want to be better.
I try not to be too hard on myself whenever I think about these things. As well as encouraging myself, I point out the things that I'm doing well.
It's my pleasure to share this rendition with you guys, so I hope you enjoy it.
