Hello Hivers, and Lovers of African Music??
How are you all doing?
It's week 13 of Afri-tunes, and I'm so grateful to be in this music space, sharing music with all of these incredible musicians.

Today, I'm bringing you a song by Yemi Alade, popularly known as Mama Africa, a multi-talented Nigerian singer.
It's one of my favorite songs by Yemi Alade, and I was inspired to sing it after hearing a Nigerian Idol contestant perform it; she did an amazing job with the song, and despite the fact that I hadn't heard it in a long time, I fell in love with it all over again.
This song has a profound meaning, and it reminds us that no matter what, we must learn to say thank you and live life with a grateful heart, because whatever we are able to achieve today was not accomplished solely through our own efforts, and there are many people out there who are not as fortunate as we are.
I know a lot is going on right now, but I hope this song reminds you that there are still things to be grateful for in the midst of it all.
If not for anything else, it's the breath in our lungs.
Okay, guys, I hope you enjoy my version of this song.
