Five of them were to close the work by 4:30 in the evening, in their city, it was the closing time for work, although not everyone keep to that, some casual work were close by 4:00 PM, but in some days, when there is no much duty, they might even go home before then.
Lucio was the head man, he was in charge of the work, he and his friend, and they hired people to work alongside with them. Therefore, as the work was going on, it gotten towards that time that Lucio was to pay his hired workmen.
He went to the bank to get some money as he needed, so when he comes back about to pay the men for the work, his friend told him he shouldn’t do it, that they should look for a way and tell them that their work pay will be sent to their respective bank accounts in the night.
So, they should tell them that network is disturbing them at the moment.
After making that statement, he brought a sheet of paper about to kick on with the plan, Lucio refused to cooperate with him, in doing a terrible act like he was about to involve him.
He remembered what his parents used to tell him, that he should never for a day cheat people in his business or take something that doesn’t belongs to him.
His friend got angry at him, but he didn’t mind if he was angry or not, because he understands that he wouldn’t have been happy with himself knowing that he has cheat people with their work pay.
He go ahead and pay each of them, and they all got happy.
The decision he took was not what he expect he will do, he almost thought Lucio was going to agree for them to cheat the people.
But Lucio later make his friend to understand that, cheating people out of their sweat will not make him fruitful, and if it was an act he has done before he should stop doing it.
That words he said to his friend touches his friend heart, and he confess, Lucio told him as far as he has regretted about it, and promised himself not to do that act again, he will have no worries in making progress in his business.
