Hello beautiful people of Afri-tunes. It’s Afri-tunes Week 186, and for this week’s edition, I chose to do a cover of the song “Pages of My Heart” by Owie Abutu. This song has blessed my soul deeply over the years. It’s one of those gospel songs I find both meaningful and inspiring. It reflects God’s faithfulness toward humanity and highlights the importance of giving all glory and honor to the Lord Almighty for His endless love and mercy. Truly, He deserves it all.
This particular song carries a powerful message, and I highly commend the songwriter for yielding himself to God to create such an inspiring piece that blesses countless lives. It clearly shows his dedication and commitment to his calling, using his God-given gift to touch lives. For me, that is truly remarkable, and I deeply appreciate him for it.
I also want to commend his amazing team, from the backup singers to the instrumentalists. They all performed excellently. The backup singers clearly understood their roles, maintained proper harmony, and blended their voices beautifully, which made the entire sound so pleasing to the ear. They are truly gifted. The instrumentalists, on the other hand, displayed incredible talent and mastery of music. The way they expressed themselves through their instruments was simply outstanding, and I really admire them for that.
I genuinely enjoyed this melody from start to finish, and I hope my cover blesses and inspires you as well.
