The time the manager address the worker’s, one thing they took so admirably in her words, was when she said that, ‘there will be no more stress in their offices, that statement, rightfully make the workers glad, because it was too much of stress for them, as their office’s did not had an air conditioned.
They usually worked on hot offices, and that alone was affecting the effort on their respective positions.
But that day came, after she addressed them, and the technician brought many air condition into the company, and then began to fixed it to each of the worker’s on their respective offices.
Erop saw the technician coming into his office, and he bursts out of laugh, seeing the machine alone, even while the machine was not yet fixed on the wall brought him a whole lot of excited feelings.
He offered the technician a sit, and he asked the technician, where it will be okay for him to have the machine?
The technician pointed the direction for him, and then he have it done.
After the machine was installed, Erop felt that cold atmosphere in the office, it was what he wanted, and so many worker’s in the company needed the same thing.
No more removing of coat while in the office, their place of work gradually was becoming a conducive space for each of the worker’s.
