Today I started my activities quite early by shopping at Lhoksukon Market, one of the largest traditional markets in North Aceh Regency. There I bought some daily necessities while preparing equipment for gardening activities.
After returning from the market, I immediately continued working in the garden. I cleared the land using a lawn mower, making sure the area to be planted was completely free of weeds and wild bushes. This work was quite tiring, but I really enjoyed the process because seeing a clean garden gave me a sense of enthusiasm.
After the land was ready, I continued with today's main activity, which was planting sweet corn seeds. I chose sweet corn because apart from its relatively short harvest period, the results were also quite promising for personal consumption or sale.
Today's activities really felt productive. Gardening is not just about planting, but also about hope, because it is from this land that future harvests will grow.
