Hello Hive Open Mic community!
It's been a while since my last entry to the theme provided and I'm so happy to be here once again with a special song for the selected theme. I know I've missed a lot here but listening to some songs before preparing mine, I felt at home once again with my fellow singer. You all are doing really well here 🤗

For the theme of this week "To the End", I decided to do a cover of the popular song "A Thousand Years" sang by Christina Perri, a beautiful singer who showed an endless love in this song of hers. So yeah, I'm going to take the theme in the direction of love between couples who have made vows to each other that they will be together till death do them part (The end).
Love is true when it's genuine and sworn to be blind to flaws and imperfect but patient till the very end on it's journey. And that comes to play when couples stay for years together until death, this isn't so common but a lot of couples have survived the test of time to prove their love over and over.
The end of a love is supposed to be filled with happiness and the feeling of fulfillment, every individual in a love relationship must have this in mind to keep loving until the end. I do hope you enjoy the song and it's lyrics as much as I did. I feel the song says a lot about unending love which fits in well to the theme.

¡Hola, comunidad de Hive Open Mic!
Ha pasado un tiempo desde mi última entrada al tema proporcionado y estoy muy feliz de estar aquí una vez más con una canción especial para el tema seleccionado. Sé que me he perdido mucho aquí pero escuchando algunas canciones antes de preparar la mía, me sentí como en casa una vez más con mi compañero cantante. Todos ustedes lo están haciendo muy bien aquí 🤗

Para el tema de esta semana "To the End", decidí hacer un cover de la popular canción "A Thousand Years" interpretada por Christina Perri, una hermosa cantante que mostró un amor infinito en esta canción suya. Así que sí, voy a tomar el tema en la dirección del amor entre parejas que se han hecho votos de que estarán juntos hasta que la muerte los separe (Fin).
El amor es verdadero cuando es genuino y jurado ser ciego a los defectos e imperfecto pero paciente hasta el final de su viaje. Y eso viene a jugar cuando las parejas permanecen juntas durante años hasta la muerte, esto no es tan común, pero muchas parejas han sobrevivido a la prueba del tiempo para demostrar su amor una y otra vez.
El final de un amor se supone que debe estar lleno de felicidad y sentimiento de plenitud, todo individuo en una relación amorosa debe tener esto en cuenta para seguir amando hasta el final. Espero que disfruten la canción y su letra tanto como yo. Siento que la canción dice mucho sobre el amor interminable que encaja bien con el tema.
