In this week's entry I decided to do something differently, which I was doing before but because of the absence of a keyboard I hardly make such presentations. In this week 166 of Afritunes Weekly contest I will be playing keyboard cover of a song Daddy wey Dey Pamper by Moses Bliss.
This very entry I only played the keyboard and the keyboard I played is a very small keyboard and it sounds like toy keyboard but I want to play a piano cover I need to put the sounds in a way it sounds a bit good and pleasant to the ear.
Daddy wey dey pamper is more of a worship song but trust me country Nigeria we are very good in changing slow worship songs to danceable songs and if you've never heard the original song before you started thinking like the fast one is the original then the slow is cover, but In this very song I did the slow version which is the original movement of the song from the composer.
This song is a song of complete trust and believe we have for our God. You know there's a level of trust you have for someone that when you sit down and count all your blessings you'll be left with no option than to testify of goodness and His Mercies endures forever.
The song is more of a Nigerian pidgin English and even the rap or the hype man that was hyping God used pidgin to sing and it was wow. I sat down some days ago and imagined most of these wonderful songs and I was asking myself if sounds like this come out of me. Then I gave myself the answer which is yes it can be believing in God and practicing and allowing the holy spirit to take charge.
