Welcome, friends, to my blog.
I hope you are fine, my friend.
Sometimes it feels like nobody cares not family, not friends, not relations, not the community, and even the church or mosque at times. It can feel like people forget that one exists. But I am here, checking on you from the bottom of my heart. How are you doing? Yes, you, reading this. I hope you are doing perfectly well. If yes, glory to God.
Before I continue, I want to say a special thank you to you for stopping by and taking your precious time to go through my blog. I am forever grateful.
This is Afritunes Week 203, and I did a Hausa song by K-String, a popular gospel singer from Nigeria who is based in the northern part of the country and mostly sings Hausa songs. His songs are spirit-filled; they carry weight and bring transformation.
I sang one of his songs titled “Love.” It is a beautiful song that speaks about God’s love toward us. In the song, the songwriter is asking God what he did to deserve the love God is showing him. Truly, he does not know exactly what he did to deserve such love. The same thing applies to me, I don’t know what I did to deserve God’s love, because He loved me while I was yet a sinner, and He still loves me now that He has made me righteous.
I did not do anything special to become righteous or upright before Him. He paid the full price and loved me without expecting anything in return. I don’t have anything to give Him except my thanksgiving, praise, and worship.
Thank you so much for stopping by. Continue to enjoy the love of God in all you do. ✨
